Payment is discussed on a sliding scale basis to help ensure that those who feel committed to this work are able to engage in it.

Each session is 50 minutes, and all clients begin with weekly sessions before deciding if they’d like to continue weekly or shift to a different schedule.

  • Therapy for adults looking for support processing emotions and getting to know themselves more deeply.

  • Therapy for individuals and partners exploring intimacy, sexuality, and desire. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck, or curious, we slow things down to understand what’s beneath the surface and build more trusting, attuned ways of relating.

  • Therapy for partners, polycules, siblings, families, friends, and other meaningful constellations. Whether you’re working through old hurt, life transitions, or repeating cycles that leave you feeling disconnected or misunderstood. Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening between you and find new ways of communicating, relating, and repairing.

  • Individual therapy for those under the age of 18 to talk openly.

FAQ’s

  • Sliding scale options are available for a limited number of spots. If you’re interested in reduced-fee sessions, feel free to reach out and we can explore what might be workable based on your circumstances.

    Individual therapy sessions are $175 per session.
    Relationship therapy sessions are $200 per session.

  • I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Initially meeting at a weekly consistent time helps us establish a steady rhythm to build trust and get to know how we work together. Once connected, we can discuss sessions every other week. If we’ve worked together before, you’re welcome to book single sessions as needed.

  • Clients keep a card on file, and session fees are processed after each appointment. Please note that the full session fee applies for no-shows or for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • I offer sessions in person at 507 Polk Street, San Francisco, CA, over Zoom, and by phone. The office has an elevator and is ADA accessible.
